From building buildings to building products and businesses, Adina Socol focused on finding creative, innovative and sustainable solutions to present challenges. Adina managed complex projects in Denmark, The Netherlands, Romania and Italy, leveraging her multilingual skills to achieve sustainable business growth. Her professional experience ranges from management consulting to entrepreneurship, architecture and design. Adina is closely involved in the European entrepreneurial ecosystem, focusing on increasing gender balance and women empowerment. She led programs such as Women Entrepreneurs Group for PWN Copenhagen and organized Women Entrepreneurship Day in Denmark few years in a row. She is also a startup mentor and was part of the winning team in Venture Capital Investment Competition, Europe 2016. She is the cofounder of NEBridge, a NGO meant to strengthen the cultural, social and economical relations between The Nordics and Romania. Adina holds an MBA from the Copenhagen Business School, and a Master in Architecture from the University of Architecture and Urbanism Ion Mincu, Bucharest.
