Alexandru-Victor Andrei is an expert economist and statistician, with extensive links to the French professional and academic space. He is currently a data analyst and economist working for the Bank of France and for the French National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE). From 2013 through 2016, he worked for the French Ministry of Agriculture and was an intern for two months in 2012 at the Office for National Statistics UK. He graduated in 2013 from ENSAI, one of the French Grandes Écoles. He also holds a BA in Pure Mathematics at the University Paris 6 Pierre et Marie Curie and a BA in Applied Economics at the Université Paris Dauphine.
