Andrei Grosu is a seasoned project manager, with significant experience in Brussels. Since 2013, he works as a project manager in various IT projects developed by European institutions in Brussels and Frankfurt am Main. Between 2009 and 2013, following the major e-Government initiatives developed by the World Bank in South Eastern Europe, he was responsible for contracting major projects such as the implementation of an integrated system to manage social services in the Republic of Moldova, completion of a comprehensive functional review of the Primary Health Care system, and the development of two e-Learning platforms for 1500+ social workers and 400+ family doctors respectively. He has a very good understanding of procurement guidelines, allowing him to better position approaches in the development and bidding phases of a given project, with more than 14 years of continuous exposure to projects for government authorities and EU institutions. He holds a Bachelor in Social Sciences, a Project Management certification, and has attended various other development courses to improve and expand his skill set and expertise.
