Florian Gaman is an experienced civil engineer, transport and infrastructure expert, and EU funds specialist.
He is an associate professor at the Technical University of Civil Engineering in Bucharest. He teaches courses on project management and EU funds. He also focuses on the topics of disaster risk management and regional and urban development, and is an expert on FIDIC contracts (red, yellow, and silver). He has also contributed to the design of multiple EU-funded programs in Romania, and has served as an expert evaluator of financing proposals for projects dedicated to infrastructure development, human capital management, and public administration reform.
Since the 1990s, he has worked extensively as a technical expert for multiple international financing and development institutions, for which he has provided technical know-how and project management and supervision.
