Alexandru Pânișoară is an urban planner and architect. He brings to RISE Consortium significant expertise in and experience with complex technical and legal matters related to real estate development in Romania.
Since 2008, Alexandru Pânișoară has worked in urban planning, urban design, landscape design, architecture, and engineering. He is an expert practitioner in civil engineering (single family homes, collective housing, social housing, office buildings, hotels, commercial spaces, cultural, and leisure), industrial engineering (industrial buildings, oil probe, energy parks), road and aviation infrastructure, etc. He has developed urban planning and landscape design documentation and has managed design and build projects from start to finish. Through 2016 he worked at the Save Bucharest Association, advising concerned citizens in matters of urban planning and construction, and representing the Association in court. Since 2016, Alexandru has served as an advisor in the Ministry of Culture on issues of urban planning and cultural heritage. He graduated in 2012 UAUIM Bucharest, specializing in Urban Planning and Landscape design. In 2015, he obtained a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Territorial Planning Law in French, at the University of Bucharest.
