Irina Serban is a top lawyer in France, specializing in business law. She is a member of the Paris Bar Association and a Partner at Lexelians in charge of the Corporate Law / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity department. She was involved in various significant transactions that occurred on the French market, notably in the IT industry, fintech, robotics, biotechnology, media, fashion, luxury, education, and e-commerce. She implements various equity financing instruments – including sharing performance instruments – from the early stages to the second and third rounds of financing (series B and C). She also supports managers in their business activities and negotiations, and advises clients for national and international M&A transactions.
